I have my adjustable loop earplugs I always wear and they do help a lot in isolating what I am hearing close, but I think these damn headphones are going to be that accessible step for some of us that are not able to spend $$$ to hear.

My mother’s first pair were just shy of 10k. The cheapest pair she had through the years around 4k. I have worked loud venues and restaurants since I was 14. i was tested recently because working the bar is getting harder, its mild loss now.

Going to wrap it up here quick but I could cry at how life changing the hearing aid function is going to be for me. I remember outfitting my parents. They had analog hearing aids first, then digitals, smaller and smaller with each upgrade. Never any cheaper.

i have ever owned. i use it for business stuff and Austin uses it for music. It took 34 years to convert me to the full apple platform. But by and large my favorite apple purchase came today, my first airpods.

That could be upsetting a bit. But I did not outright address it last year. Just a clear “i celebrate my day on the 16th”

This year I get a post notification this morning from biomom. The only contact I have had from her this year and I decided to set this boundary firmly this time. 🫠

But not silly I think to have had the idea. It would have been nice to know all sides of the story from the people themselves. I hoped one day I would. Three sides to every story, mine has a few more than that and I really, really wanted mine. Hope of that has died and I think that is what I grieve
