This is honestly a very weird thing to bring up with Marxism when Marxism is the least authoritarian of all socialist ideology and the central idea of Marxism is that this is a natural evolution of human society to remove all authoritarianism.

So the first part is that we have to consider the conditions of our world
The second part is that I do not think authoritarianism is necessary.
The last part is that this is as far as anyone can expand on this topic without creating a fiction because Marxism is so far from our material conditions.
