The room was full of energy, reflection and celebration as colleagues shared their final presentations 🎤📝.

It’s about holding people to account while still holding them in regard — making it clear that while behaviour can and must change, their value as a person does not.

Importantly, unconditional positive regard is not about being soft or permissive. It does not mean ignoring poor behaviour or lowering expectations. In fact, it works best when combined with clear boundaries, high standards, and consistent challenge.
