You could also use NYG for 16-17 (MIN, @LV) and for week 15 use DAL (MIN), JAC (NYJ), PHI (LV) or SF (TEN).

If I could pick anything I'd probably go HOU 15-16 then SEA 17, of all the 3-good-matchups combos they're the best actual defenses.

For week 17, DET (@ MIN), NE (@NYJ), NYG (@ LV) and SEA (@ CAR) are all great. You could pair them with HOU (ARI wk 15, LV wk 16) or PHI (LV, @WAS). TB and NO both have good matchups all 3 weeks but pair well with one of those teams with an even better Week 17 matchup.

It's definitely a downgrade for them but maybe not a big ranks change considering the other teams available. I'd certainly put Houston above them, maybe BUF/JAC/IND too. Still a low-end starter.
