it wouldn't hurt to apply, but we definitely are prioritizing someone who can actually take ownership of our rendering and work with our rendering programmers / artists accordingly. i.e. knowing the internals of URP and not merely using it, along with graphics programming in general (1/2)

are there any penalties to that besides just trying again and hoping for more discreet packaging ? fingers crossed either way
