What has been the point banging the Games Are Art™ drum for 20 years when the actual storefronts are turning games away because it personally gives them the ick? When the monopoly of Steam turns you away, Valve is arbitrator of what can or cannot be made. Try, and face financial ruin. It's fucked.

Needless to say, no, I do not think it should have been banned. Steam banning it was bad enough, and for a scene not in the game, but reversals by Humble and Epic speak to a cowardly industry. There's worse in films and books I can buy from my local shops. It's disgraceful.
