Ripping off Title Fight and Paul Schrader respectfully.
MARTY SUPREME pays clear homage to deeper cut work of Scorsese (AFTER HOURS, COLOR OF MONEY) with the usual Safdie dash of Cassavetes melodrama.

Really liked it. Easily the best performance of Chalamet thus far.

A very Cassavetes Christmas

I’m watching MEGADOC and the bts footage makes me think this is real life and I’m crying laughing.

Watched BONES AND ALL for the first time with my friends last night. I liked it but they got mad when I said parts of it felt like a YA novel about cannibals like TWILIGHT.

REMEMBER THE TITANS is an incredible movie and I will not listen to anyone who disagrees.

@deathbattle.gg Tom Cruise vs. Chow Yung Fat. All the mission impossible movies and all the John Woo movies.

I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am that I’m seeing ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER tonight

Was gonna say something bitter but optimistic about SUPERMAN, but at this point it’s not worth it. Anything that inspires joy and decency I’ll take, no matter how mediocre.

Rewatched LAST DAYS sick in bed today and I’ve never loved being this miserable.

Tried watching ZODIAC last night with my friends and we turned it off after an hour because it was so bland and boring.

What particularly irked me was the subtitled headings showing the passage of time. I can infer that a lot of time is passing and I don’t need you to tell me every few minutes.

I don’t think One Battle After Another can be over-hyped. You’re going to hear alot of what sounds like awards season hyperbole about it, but it’s not - the movie is undeniable, it really is that good. And it’s a big funny entertaining action movie, but also much more. I can’t wait to see it again.

This is Spike in his familiar territory, and damn is he in God mode. It’s not his best and by no means perfect but I want to watch it again already.

Remaking a banger is hard, but Spike made it his and in an era where personal swings like this don’t get made. Nothing but love and respect.

I love seeing amateur film photographs of the Beatles performing before they were big because it looks like they are a gimmicky hardcore band.

No image has showed my taste in movies in such a funny way.

Was just doing some math about the redundancy of the Harry Potter reboot. I am 20, still not able to legally drink alcohol in America, and I can remember some of those movies coming out vividly.

Just saying.
