Another fun one... the one in front of the bin(not glam) is a 17c french cannon, the other is a modern interpretation - bollard. Cannon was used as a bollard after defeating the French. Usually with a cannon ball shoved in to make it unusable. Modern one echoes that! #London #cannonbollard #history
