It’s crazy how many people think the issue is that they just aren’t trying hard enough. I know that’s how the mainstream media tries to explain things, but it’s wild how many fans have essentially no clue what’s happening out there.

I’ll say again I think everyone knew the Knicks were better coming in to this season and it’s not that big a deal that the Raptors minus IQ and RJ aren’t better than the healthy Knicks at this point.

I think people make the $ way too big of a deal. They are barely inside the top 20
In payroll and they could duck under the tax by trading one player. Some more flex would be nice, but I’m also not mad that they’re collecting decent players.

I think this is true but also I don’t think there’s nearly as much urgency on the Raptors as people sometimes suggest. To me this season was about turning things in the right direction, not proving this core was one of the best 5-6 in the East.

The Oklou album is nice in the background, also the Earl Sweatshirt album has a nice laid-back vibe which I think is good for working. Or go the other way and go Rochelle Jordan to bring the energy.

This list is a bit of a mess, even as these lists go. So many movies from before 1950, and I feel like it’s ok to admit comedy as a medium has gotten better/more nuanced with time! Also what is Zoolander doing so high? Why is Sideways ahead of Superbad?

I found Cobra/Husbands/Taxes was the way in for me, but I can definitely see it not working for people. I am a simple man and I enjoy a good hook.

I will echo what a few have said which is it really grew on me. New things stand out every time I listen to it, it’s probably my favourite album from this year.

I don’t think I’m at the point where I’m happy he didn’t stay in Toronto (especially because they almost certainly repeat in 2020) but it doesn’t feel that far off…

I think people need to spend more time out in their communities (and less time online). A lot of macro level things that are not great right now, but you can do so much to positively impact the area where you live. Support a local business! Donate your time/money! Just be nice to a neighbour!
