Today marks 3 weeks of going to the gym 5 days each week. I just started doing this out of the blue (after crashing out over a bad date 👀) but I’m really proud of myself for sticking with it.
I saw myself in the mirror this morning and thought “fuck I’m hot” even more than usual so it’s working!
