Look at this sick nasty organ I was commissioned to do. I had to look at real ones to figure this out. It was icky. This is actually the second time I had to do something like this. The first was with fingers for a joke MTG card.

Something I've been doing to help move development along was sculpting the scene in blender first. I did something a bit messier for the inside, and it does end up helping. Afterwards, I'll do as many renders as necessary, then reformat and plug them into GBStudio.

#gamedev I'm looking into the tile limit for this screen style I'm working on. If the only repeating tiles are the borders, then this screen has 252 unique tiles (gbstudio's limit is 195). I can reduce the count by only displaying tiles when necessary, but I still need legroom.

#gamedev A test run of a kind of first-person perspective, like Shin Megami Tensei. I should've just invested my time in a 3d engine. I'm gonna keep doing it this way. I feel like it has more potential for "stuff."

#3d First official unofficial walk cycle. This is probably the best that Jyll's ever looked. I hope to have a few more of these out sooner or later, but I've mentally cycled on to another project already. Next time, it'll be a run cycle.
