As a lifelong Dem, I have stopped donating across the board to Democrats. Decades of capitulation has gotten the country nowhere but backwards. Only verified progressives will get my attention and support.

American jurisprudence is no longer a serious field. The irony is of course that the 60 years of a conservative SCOTUS has led us to this point

Absolutely. And the next Democratic president must establish a new rule. The president shall not be bound by any Supreme Court restrictions on executive power that the previous president held. New restrictions go into effect after the next election.

what we know about all of this: they will never accept a peaceful transfer of power. The conservative SCOTUS and the Republicanta gave destroyed the American experiment. They wanted democracy broken and they ensured it would happen in Trump 2 0.
