The advertisement text beneath the image says "Japanese Style, Your Way, Up to 70%". I assume this means that there is a catch with the orders, potentially only receiving 70% of an item, or only 70% of your order.

Bought this yesterday after more than a week of miserable heat and general "feeling like garbage" time. May not be the best toy, but it's nice to have a Beetle bee after selling the original I had for being kind of junky.
