A particularly interesting portion of the Declaration of Independence, highlighting the "transporting beyond the seas to be tried for pretended offenses." The passage is surrounded by such interesting tidbits as "cutting off our trade with all parts of the world" and "abolishing the system of English laws by arbitrary(ly)... enlarging ... boundaries" which have NOTHING to do with current affairs.

So, you know about how daffodils are a sign of old house seats? Roses of sharon are the same markers. If someone planted a rose of sharon, and it looks like a roughed in foundation nearby, that is a sign that someone's house stood there a hundred years ago.

Todd and Julie Chrisley were convicted on receipts. Like, there was a factual, evidentiary trail. We've fallen so far as a country. I-- we'll, here's a picture of more gardens. We'll be in it to win it. It's tiring, but the world goes on.

Butchart Gardens and Balboa Park Parker Rose Garden. The coastal trip from cool to warm.
A look at the Sunken Garden, a former limestone quarry in Victoria BS butchart Gardwns. There is a rambling brick path on the left, cutting through lush green grass, soothing purple and pink flowers, and a variety of green trees in early spring freshness. In Victoria BC Butchart Gardens, the Bog Garden features a serene, calm, dark lake, its waters undisturbed except by lily pads. Tall trees and enormous succulents surround the water, including one weeping willow and one blooming dogwood tree in lush pink. Three rings of rose landscapes are set next to a road. There is a fountain in the center of one concrete path. Two tall trees provide some shade. The grass and bright sunlight give a sense of warmth. A rod yellow roses in shades from cream to deep butter are planted in a row. At their roots are hundreds of petals dropped by healthy blooms. A woman in blue stands behind the row, holding one bloom in her hand, cupping it to smell the fragrance.

I literally had to watch a "how it works" sewing machine video for a repairman to tell us that sewing machines work the same way they did in the 1800s, confirming I'm dumber than a 19th century 5th grader. But I am able to make my bobbin on the new machine, so we're calling it a win.

Cades Cove is a public landed loop where drivers can see vistas and learn about the Applachian communities. It is, as the kids say, a bop.

Walmart ad algorithm has lost its mind. At first I thought this was a festive rug of some sort. It is... not. Warning for the squeamish.
