If this were some old guy, sitting in the corner of a pub somewhere, then ok, but... did they not speak with *anyone* having experience of the nature of VPNs? Or is there still a problem in government with 'experts'...??

(Sorry about the thread, and the numbering - was mostly 'thinking out loud' about the problem rather than the reader 🙏

...admittedly, I AM a bit 'old-skool', but is there a problem with this? Really not sure, but it 'feels' ok... It's a list of links in the end, as i say... 🤔

...so we probably need to make that easier using a pseudo element to increase the target area. Use some JS so users can skip cat-to-cat with the keyboard if they want/need, and we might be nearly there. (Abs position submersible relative to main li or whole ul container if you want megamenu)....[3]

...to everything. We obviously need to provide a skip nav link (or skip TO nav link, depending upon where we locate the nav). Navigation is now sorted out, right? (Still considering this... 🤔) Next, add styling, but don't use display:none as that could affect a11y. Clients like hover....[2]

Been thinking about this for a while (for e-commerce sites, mainly). I wonder whether we may have been over-thinking this a little... The nav is a list of links, right? Usually, product categories in my case. Subnavs (sub categories) are lists within each item. Now, everyone gets links...[1]

I spent such a long time modifying prompts to give me something close to what I needed that it might have been quicker to just do it myself. To be fair to the wee entity, though, it was probably helpful in forcing me to think about the problem from different perspectives

Had to buy one of those a couple of weeks ago. My son loves old devices, and when he saw one of the old Lumias, he was totally blown away

Never eaten toast any other way, tbh (but admittedly, I am a Brit, so...)

Nothing too fancy, tbh. I recall generally understanding the concepts, but I struggled a little with actually having a *feel* for it... First time I actually used it without too much thought was rather nice (I was refactoring an over complicated, media query-heavy, product card layout for a client)

Not SO recent, but a super big one for me was being able to easily *visualize* the intrinsically responsive grid layout. It felt GOOOOOD...! 😁
