I work from home and use the pomodoro method and I take 5-10 minute breaks and either clean or stretch.

Stew Pot is great one shot about running a tavern as retired adventurers! tabletopbookshelf.com/products/ste...
Stewpot: Tales From a Fantasy Tavern
The adventurer's grind is hard. For years you stumbled through hostile lands, living off stale rations and struggling to get a few hours' sleep. Now its time to kick off those heavy boots, hang up you...

FINALLY if you are an org who's like "oh masking as a con is impossible" you're wrong. Everyone masked, there were hepa filters everywhere, people tested before coming. i'm sure it wasn't easy or perfect but the priority meant I knew that qgcon and other attendees cared about a collective safety

at qgcon it was the opposite. i tried to stay far away while people were playing. I shared empathetic stares and shrugs afterward, we didn't need a conversation to know it was a shared experience. so I defaulted to giving the player space instead of being compelled (or asked) to explain myself

showing Poke. Stroke. Grasp. there as well gave me a new experience of showing that game in queer spaces. In normative game spaces I have to babysit my intense gender dysphoria game because cis-het players can have a lot of questions about my experience, my creative process, etc.

the other folks on my panel on queering controllers were the best. it was basically the QGCon Sara Ahmed Fan Club. It's the first time I've been apart of a panel and immediately we all tried to figure out how to continue working together afterward. just good vibes all around.

the q&a portion of every panel was positive and full of love. it made moderating conversation a breeze. panelists always had questions for each other which is my favorite.
