Guessing you are not on Snap, skye? Or a federal worker not getting paid, and choosing between inflated food versus mortgage? Geez, can’t you even admit it was complicated with great harms on both sides of the decision? You don’t seem to know how the Senate works, either.

Robson is courageous. She has taken a lot of online flack from those whose beliefs about sex trafficking conflate to a space where a victim can also be a perpetrator. Money motivates, follow it, understand it.

Footage of the Senate floor, and Sen. Schumer shaking the hand of Sen. Markwayne Mullin, across from Thune’s vacant desk. Money

Impeachment is the constitutional remedy as we all know. Hold all congressional Republicans accountable.

Embrace the long-standing fact that it is a big tent and that defeating our common foe, the maga movement/Republicans, is more urgent than at any previous time or cycle.

Funny. But I guarantee you that what Trump’s brain sees is a photo of Reagan and Gorbachev at Reykjavik. And of course there’s the simple thought he has that “Reagan won” the Cold War.

Our coalition does not want “Nazis”, that’s the other side. He has altered the tattoo. Show me real evidence Platner is a neo-Nazi, or even “curious”. And by all means, vote for whoever you think is best. Mainers will decide on GP though. Canceling shouldn’t be done lightly lest ye be canceled

It IS a bad thing. The details about Platner getting the tattoo in 2007, at 23, is more about Croatia than a drunk naive American soldier. Be responsible and find real issues to discuss. Defeating Trumpism is going to take the largest possible coalition & the enemy of your enemy is your friend Unite

To be fair, this statement does not speak to any particular sagacity on Krauthammer’s part. Indeed, he refused to vote for Hillary Clinton as well, demonstrating his naivety in some matters. He had much company in underestimating Trump, and too much belief in his own worldview.

A McCain amplifiying Trump’s authoritarian speaking points. Dishonoring the memory of her father imho.

Umm… Theodore Roosevelt. Nobel Peace Prize winner, 1906.

“Get up and do something.” October 18 would be a great day to do something. Then expand that energy to oppose the lawlessness of this administration all the way to midterms 2026.

That did make Kent State look small. And which Americans are going to sign up for massacre duty is no small question. The more who move en masse, the more a commander has to consider. Screening Gandhi is a great suggestion.

Good news, your reporting has been among the best at providing general summaries and analysis, particularly making the complex economy accessible to laymen.

“The face of evil” is accurate, but similar to blaming just Hitler et al, for the 20th century catastrophes. There are legions of subordinates doing the work of both Miller and Vought to dismantle and weaken the USA. Multiple “movements” of radicals have been incentivized to “carry out orders”

Raise taxes and provide needed services to the struggling majority. Do what is needed on the revenue side to ensure the solvency of Social Security, Medicare & Medicaid. Make everybody pay a fair share. Start addressing the real problems around climate, crypto scamming/disaster, and AI regulation.

Why “move out and draw fire” when we haven’t had soldiers in a fighting conflict for over four years? (Which was a welcome change from the previous twenty.)
