I AM SO DUMB? i have been counting the beginning of this chapter like a full thousand words behind where it actually is, so. we're actually much closer to a 5k chapter than a 3k one, as i'd previously assumed. jfc.

and i'm gonna try to put like 1k on the books for chapter 4 before this one comes out so that this doesn't happen again. tysm to anyone patiently waiting for an update lmao
