If I could jump on this bandwagon with something slightly less interesting, here is the UK version of that Imperial Leather ad from the 1978 episode. Basically the exact same ad, but Tahiti has been replaced with Bermuda for some reason... youtu.be/XLibirXsrkg?...

They sure are in the UK! The first run ended in 1983/84, when video cassettes were still fairly pricey and often got reused, and the next run from 1989 to 1991 only aired on Sky satellite TV. As a result, there's only a handful of remaining UK shows.

I wish more of our UK version of Sale of the Century was discovered on these old tapes. From my experience, recorded game shows are incredibly scarce.
