Not one advertiser mentions a real way how to address central sleep apnea without a BPAP, and it feels like snake oil.

It does not matter if the air way is no longer blocked. It's why I have to use a BPAP instead of a "regular old" CPAP. I just see these ads that do nothing to address those with the most severe sleep apnea and roll my eyes.

Maybe those fancy mouth guards can help those with less severe sleep apnea can help. But what about those with Central Sleep Apnea, where a lot of those don't do a lick of good when your brain does not always send the involuntary signal to breath during sleep?
