Been slowly building a Cities of Sigmar army, with my latest model being the Fusil-Major on Ogor Warhulk. Tried some new approaches to painting than what I'm used to doing and really happy with the results.

I went with the assumption that all barrels were exposed to the elements (the Imperium strikes me as a "form-over- function" type of faction) but I can appreciate the idea that the barrels are capped when not in use.
A model of a Salamander Terminator from Warhammer 40k wields an assault canon where both the primary barrel and the other barrels of the rotating "gatling gun" portion of the weapon have been drilled out.
