Gordon's firebars had collapsed while he was climbing the Maron Incline. He'd managed to reach the next station, where BoCo had been sent to help him finish the journey. At Barrow, the two met the engine that'd be taking their passengers onward. BoCo was bracing for an unpleasant interaction, only to find that Gordon and Dwayne - as the engine was apparently called - were actually good friends.
The two chatted, with Gordon introducing BoCo to Dwayne, until Sir Topham Hatt stepped onto the platform, and began to address the two - predominately Gordon. As for Benny Safdie as Bowser Jr, I'm quite mixed honestly. I think the performance itself is solid and making Bowser Jr sound like a teenager is an interesting take. But I was kind of hoping for a more Bart Simpson-esque performance for him. Idk maybe it'll grow on me as time goes on.

I honestly have no complaints with Brie Larson as Rosalina. So far, I think she sounds pretty good, and I can't wait to hear more of it. And knowing she's a big Nintendo and Mario Galaxy fan, I think she'll do this iconic character justice.

Illumination definitely cooked with the animation and visuals, let's just hope the story was cooked just as much this time around. The simple story in the first movie was fine what it was. But for the sequel, they've got to step it up.

Even though I should've expected this, Bowser Jr showing up caught me off guard and I love how they're incorporating both his Sunshine and Wonder forms here. Even though it appears to be more of a Wonder reference ^^;

The opening bit with Bowser and the Bros was good, albeit drawn out. I love how despite being held hostage and tortured by him in the first film, Luigi is respectful towards Bowser's painting. He's so pure. And Mario straight up calling it trash right to his face is just pure gold, I love it XD
