Oh believe me that’s why I keep telling Southeastern to stop running 4 car train and I hate 4 car trains in general unless it’s like Northern or ScotRail etc where it’s can’t be helped

I’d say being out and about should do you the world of good but that because you’ve probably had a great day out and that’s probably why your drained and I know that feeling as starting work at 6am and finishing at 4pm my body is still adjusting but it’s not worth stressing about it

My advice is it’s not worth stressing yourself about it and letting it get in the way and I know a lot of people will let it but one thing you’ll learn like I did growing up is don’t let other people tell you otherwise and learn to control it and not thinking about it goes a long way is well

It’s good to speak out about it mate and I have autism/hidden disability to but there are many different conditions which I’m sure your aware of and not all of them are noticeable and at the end of the day we’re still normal people going about our day to day business /1

Same here but at the moment Sunday is the poorest day in the timetable and something I hope is rectified in the not to distant future

In terms of demand why Cannon Street became a priority over Charing Cross is beyond me and everyone else like absolutely on the weekday off peak but the weekends who wants to go there it’s a ghost town the buzz is at Charing Cross which is the main terminal for them

The Bexleyheath line was one of the lines that shouldn’t of had its Charing Cross service removed in the first place and was partially reinstated because of the amount of backlash they got and it was the lines main service and not matter what they do at Lewisham it’s always going to be a problem

They need to put the Charing Cross service on the Bexleyheath line as well as extra rush hour trains and the Sunday service back as the demand for it is very clearly there and why Cannon Street is a priority over Charing Cross is beyond me and they need to full reinstate the service!
