I still believe their business practices are contributing to the state of physical games nowadays. And the fact that AAA publishers are going to them for physical releases is alarming.

I think they focused a little too heavily on their roles as fathers in that battle and not enough what they are truly capable of. I do prefer that over either one or both getting flanderized and for any spectacle to miss the point of either, but still yeah, that fight could have been much better.

Even if we have been getting some incredible games from just about every corner, it is impossible to ignore the state of the industry caused by terrible business decisions and the sad state of this world right now. If anything, I'm happy indie devs are getting more attention.
