Ok This is so funny. I had never heard of this event, and I was trying to guess what the potrtmanteau stood for, and my best guess was that it was a Pomodoro-like collaborative writing event designed to counter the feeling of “Na’ Gon’ Write No Mo’”

The Supreme Court announcing that a president cannot not be held criminally liable for virtually anything he does in office based on nothing in the text, structure, or history of the Constitution was extremely bad, IMHO

In May, the UCI Intellectual Property, Arts, and Tech Clinic filed an amicus brief on behalf of myself, Charis Kubrin, Adam Dunbar, and Kyle Winnen, arguing rap lyrics, esp. diss tracks, are not fact and the overall context must be considered. The court agreed.
