Curious if any military folks out there have received their “warrior dividend” check of $1776? I for one have not and think it’s hilarious that this was $$$ appropriated for a completely different reason. I will say I am not going to hold my breath waiting for this bribe, I mean dividend.

In case you’re curious about the US Military and “Survivors”: 1) The Law of Armed Conflict: Survivors who are not actively fighting are “protected persons”. 2) Geneva Conventions: Executing survivors is a war crime. POWs and injured combatants must be protected, treated, and cared for, not harmed.
