Honest question: if a movie is available to buy for $30 and available to rent for $25, who actually chooses to rent?
If you buy it, you at least have a digital copy you can queue up. I prefer physical media but if I was impatient and thinking about renting for $25, id just buy.

Scintillating writing. Captivating acting. Exquisite direction.
This is absolutely one of the best horror films I’ve ever seen and is cemented as high as one of my favorite films as well.
Go and see Zach Cregger’s modern masterwork, Weapons. I’m going to look for it in IMAX.

Scintillating writing. Captivating acting. Exquisite direction.

I’m behind almost two weeks (yay work) but after watching s2e2 of severance, I’m convinced it is far and away the best thing Apple TV+ has made.

#SkeletonCrew is good, but I’m not sure why the tension and the dialogue are so very milquetoast. There’s a lot of poetential for fun hijinks with space kids, yet it also suffered from very weird runtime.
Holding out for an improvement in those areas because it looked and sounded stellar!

Playing TLOU2 Remastered and I'm appreciating so much more about the game now with the new QoL updates. The faster loading, haptics, and extra content go a long way towards making it a better experience.

Just watched Fast Food Nation.
Why is it that the film feels more relevant today than in 2006 when it first came out? I’m not sure how I feel about eating out at big chains anymore.
