Some things that are more likely radicalizing the youth:
-The kidnapping of people off the street
-stripping women's rights to decide what happens to their body
-Systemic violence against bipoc individuals
-spending their entire lives training for an active shooter situation

Just to name a few.

That said, we just started week 4 and I've already had students bring up ICE raids, gun violence, and racial/class inequity. On their own, without prompting.
