Scott, it is amazing, but true. They are above the law.

Steve, Biden wants to play things safely. He hopes to be remembered as a statesman when in fact he will be recalled as weak. He broke the one-term pledge that would have allowed the DNC to select a candidate in a timely manner and allowed a milquetoast AG to let Trump go unpunished for his crimes.

I transplanted to Pennsylvania and James Carville is right. Philadelphia is on one side, Pittsburgh on the other side, and everything in between is Alabama. The truth is I am angry with Joe Biden. The breaking of the one-term pledge promise and allowing Garland to destroy the rule of law anger me.

I embarrassed myself with that one.

The conversation about the legitimacy of this Trump presidency should occur every day. Tenet Media. The barrage of lies from the candidate. The election interference (Musk and X). Interference from foreign governments. Trump did not win fairly. He cheated as he always does.

Nikolay Patrushev agreed that Trump, when he was still a candidate, "made many statements critical of the destructive foreign and domestic policies pursued by the current administration"

Peter, the Trump administration is bent on stripping Medicare and Social Security. People in their “golden years” live with daily uncertainty about the future. The voters that placed Trump in the presidency are about to get exactly what they wanted. I hope they like it.

I realized today that my vote for Biden in 2020 was the biggest voting mistake of my life. Trump would have finished his second term with many guardrails in place and we would be done with him. Biden did nothing to protect our democracy and he broke his one term pledge. What a mistake. Nero fiddles.

The political elite class is no longer concerned with the interests of the people. Politicians are not inclined to act from integrity. Fear is a better motivator as Trump has shown so very clearly. Until the people have some power again, the corruption will continue.

Why does Garland escape penalty while being absolutely complicit in the destruction of the rule of law and the demise of meaningful democracy?

“Winner take all” is simply not consistent with a truly representative democracy.
