The 1 who really got me was Sunshine. Shortly after she came to us, we got her this bed from LLBean. She stayed there for 6 hours! I think she felt like she was in heaven. 🥹

Oh dear. Rainy had to have a toe amputated. She had a benign tumor. She did very well & made a full recovery. Running, jumping over the fence (a short one). So, if it gets to that point, it’s not easy but it’s a good solution. You can see in this photo that her left foot has healed up after surgery.

New beds are the most comfortable. They must be claimed quickly, lest some other dog get it first. I can barely get the new bed out of the box before it’s wrestled to the ground & laid upon by this guy.

Yesterday Garnet insisted that we share her good fortune, so we donated 10 packs of chicken & 2 packs of fish Just Food For Dogs to our local rescue shelter @ Verona Street.
To be totally transparent, she wouldn’t let me donate any of the beef dinners. They’re her favorite. ♥️
