2) After I went through the menopause, the drop in my oestrogen levels affected my adrenals and I became insomniac.Treating my adrenals and taking these supplements allowed me to sleep through the night again.

I take melatonin 5mgs sustained release, Ashwagandha 3mls and Phosphatidylserine 100mgs.. adrenal exhaustion was causing my insomnia..the PS suppresses any late night cortisol rush which allows me to sleep through the night.

My parents both lived to 85..I'm expecting to live longer than them; so I don't think I'll follow your diet and arctic winter thank you 😀

There was a high infant mortality rate before the creation of a sewage system..but people were not living until 35 that's not true.We had Romans living until their 70's and 80's in London 2000 yrs ago. Hunters & Gatherers in Africa lived until their 60's.

No we don't! What are you talking about? We burn effigies of Guy Fawkes who tried to blow up parliament every November..we are not celebrating him by putting him on a bonfire!
