If I understand this piece, and think to what Justice Boasberg said today, he's looking to hold them in criminal contempt, which can then be pardoned by the executive.

So nothing changes and there are no consequences.

We still have power now. How can we use it besides just talking about it?

We have to fight back quickly - at this rate elections in 2026 will be meaningless, we'll already be authoritarian. So many people are mad. So many people are looking for something to do. Use our anger, our frustration, and our love of the country! Channel them somewhere that does something!

You have individual actors (shout outs to Cory Booker, AOC, Bernie, Melanie Stansbury, Jamie Raskin, Tammy Duckworth, etc) but I'm not seeing a cohesive, unified action that pulls in the great people of the US to push back in a way that makes a difference to the actions of this administration.

Ok but how do you do that?

I'm just so astonished at the lack of meaningful action from the Democratic party as a whole that I'm losing faith that they or anyone else can do something to stop this.
