Topic deleting Facebook. I was reluctant to leave because there were groups I belong to, it was a source for local information. There were people there I followed and cared about. But it all came down to this. I lost a lot leaving Facebook but I would lose a lot more supporting hate.

My spinning wheel is my own Frankenstein creation for my disability. My legs don't work below the knees but the upper legs work. So with my wheel, I rest my foot on the end of the foot plate and with my hips move my leg up & down. No need to use the ankle like traditional wheels. 😁
