I take your point, but let's be clear. They're not "unbound" by the Congress and Court, they are in league with them. They're all in it together.

It was what we call an "off-year" election. It is mostly for various state and local elections. Many places elected mayors and/or city councils. Some States elected governors, judges, and/or state legislatures. Also some places had ballot questions to be voted on. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Off-yea...

So it turns out there were three different "I Voted" stickers, each designed by a New Hampshire 4th Grader. The one I got, drawn by "Jacob from Auburn", depicts a stylized shape of the State of NH, fishing.
