I heard a lot of people cite it as a reason they voted against Harris, even though she never even mentioned trans issues. But I think it was used up in 2020 and is basically Critical Race Theory now, they can rarely go back and re-ignite old culture wars, they have to make new ones.

She embarrassed AEW by putting on a putrid match in Arena Mexico at a CMLL show and TK never put her on AEW tv again. Zeuxis even gave an interview about how she needed to redeem the whole division because the match was so bad.

tbh yeah. the best matches ever just don't feel right to me in front of an NXT crowd. The 2300 was the worst string of AEW they've ever had in my opinion (pandemic has an excuse obv) just due to the arena. Crowds can be make or break. The last few episodes have been much better for the record

I think the residencies were more of a culprit than creative. We went from All In to 3 days later looking like an episode of TNA. Made them look like a lil indie and I think people tuned out then. They need a string of good crowds in blue states to rebuild their image.

Sapp posted the blurbs from WWE contracts that say if you're fired with cause you have a 1 year unpaid no-compete. I don't think it would hold up in court but idk if they'll take it to court or not.
