-- Very difficult to read, emotionally. Triggering. I had to put it down a lot. But it is incredibly informative and has helped me to understand what goes on in the body with trauma.

Here's a video summary that I highly recommend! Honestly, everyone would benefit from cursory level knowledge around the biology of fight/flight/freeze/fawn, even if you don't have any trauma.
