0010 - My torta di Pasqua is out of the oven on Easter Monday. Shout out to Horus and Osiris. This is a northern Italian recipe. So simple. Only ingredients in the pie are the pastry, creamed spinach, ricotta cheese, eggs, nutmeg, powdered red pepper, salt, black pepper, and eggs. Basta!
