First day back to lifting since my August injury. I tore my bicep trying to prevent my 70lb dog from falling down the stairs.
It felt good to get the pump again, but seeing my numbers so low was a kick in the balls.

I'm not sure what true love is, but I have strong feelings for some. They may feel the same about me, but I'd never dare to express my sentiment. Partly fear of rejection, partly due to past traumas with using the "L" word. So I just dance around it and we remain in parallel lines, never to meet.
