I may be looking back with rose color glasses - I also just miss how much more art, poetry etc that platform felt during my late teen years. Like it really had a great moment imo. Although there was lots of gore :p

It makes sense - that’s a good reality check for me. I think I just feel disconnected in general as an artist and insecure. I’m 32 and remember the golden age of tumblr when you could release tons of art and watch it travel all over or see people’s work so effortlessly. I really miss that!
