Much of this rhetoric is being spewed by conservative parties which is why I am encouraging you to think about who you are voting for and if you plan on voting conservative or for a party that is against me and my rights as a Trans person then you have no place in my life.
Point blank.
Period.

Trans children should have the right to grow up happy and supported, they shouldn't be a pawn for political debates nor should their lives and rights be continuously threatened yet in 2025 the hate and anti-Trans rhetoric continues to grow.

I can speak from personal experience that being forced to go through a puberty that you don't identify with is traumatizing and has lasting impacts.

I never want another to go through the things I did which is why it's important to recognize the importance of gender affirming care as it is life saving and why we need everyone (allies this means YOU) to make sure that this affirming care is/stays accessible.

These feelings led to major depressions and alongside other trauma I started to feel very isolated and misunderstood in my childhood and turned to things such as self harm and developed a complex relationship with suicidal ideation (something that I still struggle with to this day).

Growing up I didn't have much opportunity to explore or express how I felt in regards to my gender; there was little to no representation in my hometown and I grew up feeling like there was something wrong with me.

Does that make lactose intolerance the devil?
