Remmina is the best that I’ve found, but scrolling is broken. RealVNC is commercial, so I didn’t try it.

I programmed C++ in the 90s. I peek in every so often out of morbid curiosity. It just seems to get more complex and bloated every time, and I’m happy to be out of it. Yes, this is a pretty uninformed opinion.
