One of the ideas we experimented with during development for the OFF remaster was 3D battle arenas for boss fights. Think something in the style of Octopath Traveler.

Here's the model I made for Dedan's office.

For a little bit, we did an open call in the office for people to try their hand at making art to frame the 3:4 game window of OFF. Marilyn was the only person to answer the call with original art and I think it looked really cute in-game. I hope these can be re-implemented as a mod some day.

@heavenchai.bsky.social has had their Nintendo Switch for 20 minutes. They already have it setup and playing Bomberman at Denny's.
Still thawing from waiting outside of Best Buy for the Nintendo Switch launch, Heaven unboxed, configured, installed and launched the first game on their new system while waiting for food at the nearby Denny's. They're even playing two player with Ryan while the main body stands upright on the table.

I'm smiling like a maniac holding a factory fresh HTC Vive box over my head. This was back when I had a ponytail that went down between my shoulder blades, but my hair's currently hanging loose adding to my wild look. A ray of light showers the scene from above. A couple hours from when this image was taken, I was taking my first steps in room-scale VR. The base stations were dangerously balanced on towers of books and game cases.

We had the @fangamer.com holiday party tonight and my “Secret Starman” was Marilyn, a playtester, baker and very talented #OFF fan-artist!

Check out this custom cookie tin lid that came with my homemade PB+Chocolate cookies!

Heaven laughing loudly with an Oculus dev kit on. The computer monitor shows Sonic's giant face taking up the entirety of the view.

The costumer wrote: "Jack is the best, never forget this! He will always be our GREATEST Mail Room Warrior!" The packing slip reads: "What is a man? A miserable little pile of Hank." I drew them a crude pencil sketch of me hanging onto a speeding mail truck by driving a large knife through the roof. I am informing the angry driver that he forgot a package as I wave it over my head.

It was around this time that we really got into Amiibo hunting. I miss camping outside Target with friends.
Heaven, Michael and Saber sitting and smiling outside Target at midnight. In place of a bonfire, we had Heaven's Crunchy Roll account. Michael lounging and displaying the peace sign on a seat of the company van we dragged to the side walk. Saber, Michael and Heaven sitting around after finishing a session of my home-brew table top action-espionage game.
