I got that one also. You nailed it. By eligible Vets I believe they mean retirees and service related disabilities. The rest will be forced to use their private doc. If you're above Medicare age, as I am, you'll be forced to get care under Medicare. The Vets who voted for him will cry the loudest.

Thank you for the kind words. Here's one I did 19 years ago. the glass shield is 12" wide by 36" high.
