I guess it depends how valuable you are to them. If you're a strong asset, I can imagine it'd be easy to leverage that to demand a good raise, otherwise threaten to leave

Sky Sports F1 just needs a clean slate start tbh. Almost everything - the soundtrack, the graphics, the packages - feel hollow and lazy, because they know they've got the market cap with no threat. Cliche to hark on about BBC F1, but that show had soul.
