I’ve had night terrors since I was 22 and pregnant with my son. Horror movies triggered them back then. As I grew older and life threw more road blocks at me, stress triggered the terrors. The past 3 years have been terrors free - until last week. I don’t think I’ll sleep well ever again.

Here’s a dilemma many non-profit workers may be facing. When asked to remove diversity details and disclaimers from your website by your boss …. What do you do? If it’s not removed you risk loosing whatever funding for the org. Can you stand your morale high ground on this?

My conspiracy theory pondering for today. Do you think Trump is issuing all of these executive orders to grandstand - showing everyone he keeps his promises - but knowing full well they will be shot down. All so he can say that he tried but the Dems/Liberals wouldn’t pass anything?

Just watched Kendrick's Half time show - mostly to see what the fuss was about. What did you all expect after he opened the show with “The revolution 'bout to be televised. You picked the right time but the wrong guy." I thought it was brilliant. That smile!

I painted this wood panel a few years ago and pulled it out of storage this weekend to repurpose. I posted to IG to ask for ideas on what to do with it - and the independent fact checkers pulled the post citing the art as COUNTERFEIT? WTF? Hence my trying out BlueSky now.

Today I started an experiment with grow bags indoors for carrots, potato’s and onions. I'll add grow lights tomorrow. My little indoor urban farm is expanding!

I've just invested in a Hydroponics system from Gardyn. Seedlings are just popping up with harvest ready in 6-8 weeks. I first planted this because I wanted to brighten up a gloomy Pacific NW winter. Now as the country is facing uncertainty with produce this year, I’m thankful I started!
