If you are able I would look into getting a diagnosis, because then you can look at either possible healthy coping mechanisms, medication to help regulate things, or therapy that may help. Or any combination of the 3

Do you have ADHD? I tend to do the same thing on accident because I just forget I already have stuff to do and the obligations stack.

Guys are easier to talk to than you think. Not that it's your fault, but I think a lot of the issues you may be having are mental blocks. We've had plenty of good conversations, so I know you're a good conversationalist.

Have you talked to someone about this. Im not saying it for sure is, but it could be depression. Im not a psychological professional, but I do have clinical depression and that sounds similar to my experience. I have been on antidepressants for the last few months, and they've helped a lot.
