The dress cover him entirely, but simply getting to see the outline of his legs is enough to make Jace look away. Eventually someone else rings their door and Luke leaves to welcome them, leaving the two alone.
“I’m glad you came.” Jace hopes he doesn’t sound as nervous as he feels.

Luke is so excited to show him his gaming set up and Aemond finds it incredibly as well, Jace thinks his excitement is adorable and can’t stop himself from smiling at the two.
