Nou, ook meteen maar even ingevuld. Fijne uitkomst, niet dat ik iets anders van plan was.

(Finally) started reading 'Uncommon people. Britpop and beyond in 20 songs' by @msmirandasawyer.bsky.social . Wow, just the first chapter has given me a lot of music to listen to and investigate. All part of the fun, of course. 👌

Isn't it just for what the Dutch call lamellen? Not sure (but curious to find out) what each Scandinavian country calls them, I'll leave that to you.

Just started watching the final season of The Handmaid's Tale. Don't mind me saying that dystopian is moving to current affairs just a bit too much to my liking. Hopefully we can still fix this.

The best camera is the one you have with you, which in this case was just my phone. Young fox (correct me if you think otherwise) has fixed their meal for today (a bird is as far as my determination goes). And the next second, it was gone. What a special encounter.

Nothing serious, just a test roll in preparation for more shooting. All seems to be OK, but I'll check under the magnifier once dry to ensure that together, @ilfordphoto.com and I have tackled the mottled negatives issue. I guess developing soon instead of 2-3 years after shooting (don't ask) helps.

In addition to all the good laughs, I got some nice book recommendations from listening to the podcast. 'Uncommon people' by @msmirandasawyer.bsky.social on the 'to be read' stack, another one still to be obtained, that'll be the 'history of the world in 47 borders' by @jonnelledge.bsky.social

So this happened today. I just couldn't listen to that last week of episodes of @papercutsshow.bsky.social immediately. Had to save them, hold on to it a bit longer. But alas, all good things must end. Miranda, John, Gráinne, and all others, thank you for all the fun, it's been great. Pegging! 🤣

Okay, here we go. Quite a spur of the moment thing, I realised a way to look at and photograph the partial solar eclipse would be through the clouds. #solareclipse as seen from the Netherlands.

Alle credits gaan naar Ed Boesenkool. Ja, heel goed gevonden. Kabinet Schuif. Zo ga ik ze vanaf nu noemen. Bron: Trouw van vandaag.
