Yes I think Chelsie is top tier and many previous BB players say the same. She was able to keep all of players in position for her. She was able to use her words for influence. Taylor on the other hand never had that power. She never controlled the game the way Chelsie did.

But no one listens to her besides Vince. Chelsie was able to move several people into position. She doesn’t have that.
