Real Dilemma: My alma mater is in the finals tonight. Do I watch the game and possibly bring my bad juju? Or do I sit in the other room and thus cannot be blamed whether they win or lose?

Bend showed up!

After back surgery last summer I’m finally able to be active again.

Cynicism leads to despair. Don’t give into it. We must believe that we can make a difference and all of us need to make our voices heard.
